My practice is having a hard time with the appeals process in Epic and I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has worked follow up in Epic that could answer a couple of questions for me? (These questions are for remote employees only)

-What process did you use for exporting the medical records and the Epic generated appeal letter to the insurance company?
