Hey Guys,
I have this documentation on an IR report. I'm almost thinking this can be billed as 76377, but I'm not sure.
What do you think?

A blank spin C-arm CT spin was performed and used to fuse the MR
image with the fluoroscopic image using three plane
reconstruction at a separate workstation. The fused images
demonstrated the entire lesion was successfully treated without
any residual lesion remaining.

Permanent US, fluoroscopic and MR images were obtained and
stored in the PACS system.

IMPRESSION
Successful 5 site direct injection Doxycycline
sclerotherapy into left peri - auricular lymphatic malformation
and fluoroscopic, ultrasound and MR guidance
