I am coding for paralysis of LEFT leg -----------

When looking up code it doesn't specify left or right leg...it specifies dominant or nondominant

would you code this as unspecified?

or is left or right leg considered dominant?
 
Dominant leg

Unless your report lists the words dominant or non dominant you will have to code unspecified. It's similar to saying right hand dominant or left hand dominant. Query if you need to be more specific.
