HCPCS codes are reported only for injectibles and infusibles. Typically, oral meds are bundled into the E&M unless you are a facility, and then many of them are packaged. There are no recognizable HCPCS J codes for this medication.

Thanks Pam. Is this something we could have an ABN signed and collect from patient since no code established or because it is bundled we cannot do that ?? it is very expensive. thanks !
