Wiki DOS CPT 19380 include reconstruction with fasciocutaneous flaps?

Hello,
I am new coding plastic surgery, and have this report, where the surgeon performed a revision of reconstructed breast with fasciocutaneous flaps due to history of skin necrosis. I was wondering if CPT 19380 would include this kind of flap since it is not involving muscle, or if do I need to use a code for breast reconstruction with muscle flap.
