This may be a beginner level question but I do not bill. When billing the global OB package, what DOS do you submit it for? Say they only recieved Antepartum care, 59425. do you submit it with the DOS they began the care of when the last service was provided?

Hello,

Global delivery is billed with the date of the delivery.

59425 (if only service provided) would be billed with the last OB visit date of service.
