DPCI rejecting administration code for Neulasta

Hi all. Wondering if anybody else has had the same issue. In the past when I submitted an auth request for Neulasta I would include the injection code which is 96372 and every one of them were approved. Within the last week and a half, DPCI is stating that 96372 is not a covered benefit. Now my requests are being delayed because they are being sent to the Medical Director for review. Anybody else having the same problem?
