Wiki Drainage of ganglion via knee arthroscopy

Hi there:

What CPT code should be assigned for drainage of a ganglion cyst via knee arthroscopy?

I've looked at CPT 29871, however, the language states knee arthro for infection, lavage and drainage. Would CPT 29871 still be the most accurate code to use for this procedure?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

29871 would be my choice also...no other codes better describe the drainage of infection.
