My general surgeon performed a complex removal of a recurrent pilonidal cyst. A wound vac was placed. He states the patient needs to come into the office twice a week for dressing changes. Can I bill for that, and if so how? WE will be changing the dressing in office. Our location is in North Carolina. Do we only bill for supplies?? The paient will be in global period during dressing changes.
