I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN EXPLAIN TO ME HOW BILLING UNDER A FACILITY DRG WORKS? I AM A CPC FOR AN INDEPENDENT RADIOLOGY PRACTICE AND WE ARE HAVING A FEW ISSUES WHERE OUR CLAIMS ARE BEING DENIED BECAUSE THE FACILITY BILLED FOR THEM. SO I AM IN NEED OF A BETTER UNDERSTADING OF HOW THIS WORKS. ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
 
Is your practice billing for the interpretations or are you performing the technical portion also?
