Hello all,

I am new to DRG payments and I am trying to figure out how a hospital gets paid once the hospital feels that the patient is ready to discharge or transfer, but there are no lower level care hospital beds available (LTAC or SNF in the area has no beds available) Can anyone send me some CMS info that shows this info?
