Can we bill for counseling for pregnant patient - addicted to narcotics? Her regular OB check ups are spent counseling for this over and above pre natal care.

You can try, but you will have to use 99408 or 99409 for each session. Insurance may or may not reimburse for these services. If she has a state medicaid insurance, sometimes they have specific codes or programs for you to follow.
