Wiki drug challange test??

Has anyone billed for a drug challenge test? A normal saline infusion was started and the patient was given an oral antibiotic in increasing increments until total dose was given. They monitored for a reaction. Besides the infusion and the medication, is there any thing else we should be billing for?
