Can anyone help me find the correct E code for this drug ?
The patient has a skin rash as a result of taking this medication.
coding 693.0 but need the Ecode to identify the drug.
Thanks

First I looked up what kind of drug Pentasa, aka Mesalamine is on webmd and it is a
aminosalicylate anti-inflammatory drug that is also known as 5-aminosalicylic acid. Then under the table of drugs I looked up aminosalicylic acid and under the heading of Theraputic use is the code E857- Accidental poisoning by other anti-infectives.

This is the easiest way to look up drugs in the table of drugs that are not there by their name. Just look them up by their type of drug.
