Hi there,
No. If you're doing presumptive testing you report all drug tests under one code depending on the complexity of the testing method.

If you're doing definitive and reporting to a payer that uses the CPT codes you'll code based on drug classes. Some classes contain several drugs, but you'd only code it once (see the chart in your manual). If you're reporting to Medicare or a payer that uses the HCPCS codes you'll report one code based on the number of drug classes tested.
