We are having trouble being able to get 50 mg and 100 mg single dose vials of Leucovorin. The only one we are able to get right now is the 500 mg single dose vials and occasionally we can get the 200 mg single dose vials. Most of our patients dose is 34 or 46mg. Can you use a large single dose vial such as the 500 mg as a multidose vial and not bill any waste?
