I have been told that if a drug is listed under the pharmacology reference section and has monitoring parameters and a lab test was drawn under one of the parameters that would count as a high in column 3 under drug tx requiring intensive monitoring for toxicity. Reason asking is because Acetaminophen is listed and says if a LFT or a bun/creatinine is drawn it would be high and I question that being a high for column 3 only.
