Wiki Dry Needling - an anyone shed some light

Can anyone shed some light on the correct coding for dry needling? I have found articles stating that should use 20552 & 20553. In reading these codes the word "injection(s)" implies that the therapist should be "injecting the site with a liquid agent". I have also seen articles advising that should be billing manual therapy and/or cpt 20999.
