Hello everyone! I'm building a crosswalk to our most used codes (for my own sanity) and I'm having a difficult time with this one! It's giving me z23 but this code cannot be billed as primary. What codes are allowed with prophylactic vaccinations in ICD10.?

Z23 can be a primary, the note says to code first any well child exam. Not that it is restricted to well child, only if both are performed in the same session the well child is listed first. If you are only giving immunizations then Z23 can be the first listed ( or only) code.
