Does anyone have any information or resources that will shine some light on the requirements/ capabilities in regards to Dual Clearinghouse Enrollment for Medicare. There will be 1 tax-ID, different group NPI, different claim/ERA clearinghouse and different pay to address for the group.

I don't think you can have two different pay-to addresses for one Tax ID.
