Can anyone advise me on billing for the intraoperative interpretation of fluoroscopy for dual lumen endotracheal tube placement for adequate position? He did a right VATS/RUL lobectomy but wanted to charge for the fluoroscopy interpretation. I know that endotracheal tube placement in inclusive with surgeries but I wasn't sure if a modifier with something could be added. Thanks!
