If the complete Duplex scan is done bilaterally and to both the arms and the legs, would you bill 93970 x 2 or 93970, 93970-59? Is there anything in writing that supports your response? Thanks!

You bill the 93970, 93970-51 for the multiple procedure. -59 is for a separate and distict procedure.
