Wiki Durysta Billing in Post Op

My physician wants to bill Durysta (66030/J7351) after performing Canaloplasty(66174) or Goniotomy(65820). Physician expects a rise in pressure immediately after these procedures are done and he would prefer to do this instead of prescribing drops. I see that the codes are bundled if done on the same day. BUT, if done a few days after these procedures as pressure increases would this constitute a -58/-78 modifier? TIA for your input!
