Wiki Dvt 45340?

Outpatient Radiology- Patient has Deep venous thrombosis below and above the knee on the right, the left leg is normal.

It does not say distal or proximal 45341 or 45342, so should I use 45340? With this description above?

u can code both 453.41 and 453.42. but is it active?
