Could someone please clarify the 850 section? Dx's 850.0,850.2,850.3,850.4,850.5,850.9 all specify, with a red dot, to use addl digit(s), however it doesn't specify which 5th digit to use, if any. The chart above the 850 category states " fifth-digit to be used with categories 851-854"

what version of the book do you have? The only 850 that is a 5 digit code is 850.11 or 850.12, all other 850 codes are specific at the 4th digit.

It must be a mistake from the publisher you have, no idea without seeing it. I use Channel version. Maybe call the publisher and inquire or ask others with a yet different publisher. Who is the publisher of your book?
