When patient comes in to get vaccinations for traveling out of the country. What dx codes do you suggest. My provider is trying to use E903. Any suggestions?

Wiki dx code - vaccinations for traveling

It is not a E code as those can never be first listed. You need a V code look under prophylactic admin

That's what I thought the only Vcode that I could come up with is V06.9

What type of vaccines did they get? That can help be more specific with the dx code.
