If you treat a patient with anaphylaxis to an allergy injection. Would the appropriate diagnisis code most properly be:
a. 999.49 Anaphylactic rx to other serum (or does ''serum' in this series
refer to human or other animal serums)
or
b. 995.29 Unspecified adverse effect of other drug, medicinal and biological
substance (except it's not really 'unspecified')
or
