Wiki dx code for CHA

I was wondering if anyone knows the code for compound hypermetropic astigmatism? I was searching and from what I read it says it's a regular astigmatism 367.21 or would I code the hypermetropia and astigmatism separate?

I would use 367.20 based on what I see in the index: Astigmatism (compound)(congenital).
