What is the dx selection for a patient who is in "early" remission from meth but has ongoing and lasting psychosis that was induced by the drug abuse?

F15.21 with F15.959 (would this be duplicate dx?)

Or

F15.151

Or something else? I'm stumped because I want to ensure dx indicates remission

Just chiming in to confirm your instincts on this part of your question: F15.21 with F15.959 (would this be duplicate dx?)
The F15.2- category has an Excludes1 note for F15.9-F15.99.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to the rest of your question. I hope someone who has expertise with these diagnoses sees your post and can assist!
