Wiki Dx code - frequent falling

Pt had an MRI brain.....which was normal. Only clinical that I have is frequent falling...what dx code would I use?

Kimberly - I'd talk to the provider, more info is needed - "why" is the patient having frequent falls? Legs weak, dizzy, blacking out, off balance? More info is needed, I'd get it from the provider before coding that out.
