Palmar class IIB ulnocarpal impaction syndrome. Is there any one who can please help with this dx code? The patient had an MRI wrist W/O. Thank you.
 
Hi Karen,
I would use 718.03 "degenerative" After researching it is clear this is appropriate; if, however, lesion class (Palmer II was the primary DX) I would use 354.4 "complex" regional pain syndrome II. Please review the link provided which shows the radiological explanation in detail. Others may chime in for more help.
