We are a local Health Department and we do foreign travel visits which include a 99211 code and the vaccines given along with admin fees. Normally Typhoid and Yellow fever is given but in this one case only a prescription for malaria medication was given to the client. We charge a 99211 nurse visit, but are having trouble deciding on the correct DX to use. No immunizations were given.
Can anyone help with a suggestion.

Encounter for other administrative purposes.
I think a prescription could qualify as an administrative purpose..
