What dx code would you use for a donor kidney organ infected with the klebsiella bacterium?

Maybe you could use 996.81 and 041.89

I could go with the 041.89 but I want to be specific about the donor kidney being infected. What code would I use that would specify the donor organ as being less than optimum.
