Frequently we have patients referred to our clinic to have Pro-times and Partial Thromboplastin Times done pre-Coumadin therapy after surgery. Does anyone have a resource we can turn to to get a dx code? We have been told that we can use V58.83 and V58.61 but aren't comfortable doing so. Thanks!
