Wiki Dx code question

When coding for infected hernia mesh I get T8142XA but instructional note tells me to also add a code to "identify the specified condition resulting from the complication" I'm not sure what they're asking for? In this case there was a staph infection, are they asking for the B code? Thanks for any help!
