I wanted to double ck on this -open wound hand web aspect between the fingers that is still coded as a open wound hand correct? Sometimes i can over think this stuff and end up confusing myself haha thanks
 
yes I feel you are correct in categorizing web of the hand as part of the HAND and not finger
