I need a dx code for this rather long diagnosis, please....

C6-7 extruded disc hernia ion with hematoma with severe spinal cord compression and C7 ASIA-A spinal cord injury.

I would look at 722.71 and 952.09. I also think there might be a Dx for hematoma, if we can get more details.
