Does anyone know how to code these 2 diagnoses;

Low grade lymph proliferative disorder (orbital mass)
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis
 
Low Grade Lymphoproliferative Disorder would most likely be 238.72.
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (Maybe really Lymphogranulomatosis?) Malignant - 201.8 Benign - 135
