Wiki Dx codes for lincomycin injection

I work for a physician's clinc that recently switched to an EHR system. We are billing for Lincomycin Injections J2010 and are having trouble finding payable diagnoses for the code. There is no LCD on the Medicare website and I was wondering if anyone knows if there are specific dx codes that go with this injection.

you must use the dx code for the diagnosis documented by the provider for the patient's reason for the injection. Regardless of what an LCD might specify. Surely your physician has documented a diagnosis in the patient's chart note.
