A patient has psoriasis, and is on an immunosuppressant. Due to that the Dr wants the patient to have lab work done every so often such as, TB, Blood Chemistry, HIV, Hep B & C.
The only labs that insurance is covering are the TB, and Blood Chemistry. Is there a different dx that I can use to show that these diseases are important to test for and should be covered?

Currently using:
696.1
V58.69
Would V58.83 or V77.99 work in this case? Please help:(

It would not be the 696.1 because the psoriasis is not what is being monitored. It would not be the V77.99 as it is not a screening since we know the patient is on the drug. It is the V58.83 first listed as the test are being done to monitor the drug with the V58.69 second and the 696.1 third.
