Wiki Dx for End stage alcoholic liver failure

Hi,
I don't usually code this. My Dr. states "end stage alcoholic liver failure" He states 572.8 and 303.90. I think it should be 571.3 & 303.90.


He states the x-rays shows consistent with cirrhosis of the liver, and everyone knows I can't use consistent.

Thoughts please,

I would use 571.3, 303.90 and 572.8 since the physical complication of the alcohol abuse is liver failure.
