Wiki Dx for Family History

Is there a diagnosis for family history of brain aneurysms. We saw a pt and that is the only listed dx. I have been unsuccessful in finding one and having problems trying to find another reason the pt was seen in the chart notes. Any help w/this is greatly appreciated.

I have used personal history of aneurysm, which I was referenced to use personal history of cerebrovascular disease or accident V12.54 . Family history is V17.1.

Thanks, this pt does not have personal hx of aneurysm but his grandfather died of one at the age of 41. So that is why I was looking for family hx. Thank you again for your help.
