What DX code can I use to indicate a patient belongs to a "High Risk Population Group" for a disease due to his ethnicity?

So far, the only two I can think of are V codes; V84.89 for Genetic susceptibility to other disease and/or V70.5 for Health examination of defined subpopulations. I know V codes aren't the best but hopefully you have more specific information on the patient such as type of disease. Sorry I am not much more help.
