I'm looking for a dx for IUD Counseling. I've been using V25.09. If they came in for counseling and then decided to have the IUD inserted, would you use V25.09 AND V25.11?

Also, looking for dx for perimenopause, NO symptoms. I've been using 627.8. If they are having symptoms, 627.2.
