I'm trying to code for an er visit in which parent brings a child in bc the child is found near a snake. There is no symptom. No puncuture wound, no edema, not a single symptom of anything, nothing.. Nothing to use for rule out.. Nothing. The parent only brought the child to the er to make sure the child was not bitten . What dx can i use with the e/m?

Please help?
