Dx for post-brain tumor removal neuropathy resulting in SPK

Patient had a brain tumor removed and has neuropathy to the 5th nerve as a result. The eyelid function has been affected and dry eye ensued. He needs punctal plugs to help alleviate dry eye. How would I code this diagnosis? Any help is much appreciated!
