Lately,I've been pregnancy reports especially spontaneous abortions and/or vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain. What sequence order should I code this? And do I still add V22.2 at the end when I include 640.xx codes or not? Or do I include V23.xx for high risk pregnancy although most of the reports dont state high risk, but any bleeding or abdominal pain especially accompanied by corpus luteum cyst or hemorrhagic corpus luteal follicle are not normal in pregnancies?
