Wiki Dx for removal of feeding tube?

Patient had a cervical fx and had to have a gastric feeding tube placed. The patient is now healed from the fracture and is able to swollow normally again. Patient came in to doctors office for removal of the gastric tube. I have never coded this before. Any suggestions would greatly help.
