Good morning! I am struggling with a dx code for hip dysplasia with coxa valga. All the hip dysplasia codes indicate congential but there is nothing indicating in the doctor note that it was congential as the patient just developed the hip pain over the last 3 yrs. Any help would be great. Thanks
