PROCEDURE Help

I wanted to get some dx help with General Surgery. I am coding Incisional Hernia Repair 49560.
The 3 main procedures are 49560, 44005, 44602. I am confused on the Adhesiolysis and small bowel enterotomy. He mentions extensive dissection of the small bowell due to the hernia effect. So would I code 44005 with a mod-22 or mod-55? Or would I just code the hernia and then the small bowel enterotomy 44602 with mod-51?
Please if someone could help me asap, as this is a test for a part-time job.

Hi Amy. 44005 and 49560- can't be billed together. Not sure how you're coming up with the other code-44602 to answer your question without seeing an OP note. What DX help did you need? Nothing was mentioned...
